My Service rating has only to do with the lack of management and/or subsequent staff to handle the workload. It seems there were some staffing issues when we went on a Tuesday. With over 15 open tables, it would've been pertinent to sit the four waiting parties (2 people each) and at least toss a menu at them to stare at for the next 40 minutes before they get water or anything. Nah.

Yes, standing in the entryway for 40 minutes. It should be noted that you cannot pay for your order via the waitress. You must stand in the same line as those waiting to be seated, and the space has seating for only two people. So you stand there and have to figure out amongst yourselves who is doing what function of entering or leaving and then, like maybe in Ukraine or South Sacramento, decide amongst yourselves who will be the first one needing attention. 8 people waiting for any table, inside or outside, when we went (2 of us), 15+ tables open, no one seating those waiting, only one person doing seating. 2 hour lunch. $50 for 2 coffees and 2 sandwiches.

This place used to be good. Affordable food, great service, and abundant staff. I have to assume it's changed ownership since I was there last.

I will say the ONLY TWO STAFF handling all the seating, expediting, drinks, and service did so knowing this and somehow managed to keep a smile on their faces and deal with it.

The food, 45+ minutes later was, in fact, perfectly cooked and very tasty!

This was my 1st time here & I was looking forward to the experience. We arrived at 11:45am & waited 15mins to be seated outside with no propane heat on (temperature were in the 40) Waiting 15mins for our orders to be taken. I stated to 1 of 2 servers working, you guys are short staffed today, she said no we're not angrily! They were packed inside & out and only had 2 servers who were also cleaning tables and taking payments; how can she possibly say that! At 12:35pm still no food, I found our server & stated we needed our food to go. We got our food, paid the check & left there at 12:50. The food was good, the servers & cooks work their butts off but the service is very slow. They need to hire a hostess & a busser so the servers can considerate on customers. I have no desire to go back until they hire...

I use to take my 95 year old father often but at 98 I could not longer get him from the parking lot because Wings is NOT IN ADA compliance. I must have ask at least 6 times to staff and management why do I have to struggle with my father with little or no real concern. At one time the waiter actually walked away without any reply. Fast forward 3 years my father has passed. I am now disabled with walking and balance issues. Went to Wings last week, my wife struggled getting me from the parking lot to the table. This is 2020 Wings has had more than enough time to become ADA compliant. I have the state and federal forms just about completed to mail. I really feel sad that I have to do this but I have been...
