I live very close to this location so I do go here a couple times a week and as of lately, I am very disappointed and frustrated. After what happened today, is really what made me angry, and the reason why I am submitting this review. When I spend at the very least $50 a week here, I should be happy. I placed my order in the drive thru and when I reached the window, I realized I forgot to order a large coke, no ice. So I added it to my order and when I got it, it was full of ice. The girl had already walked away from the window so I waited a minute for her to come back and when she did, she opened the window and just stood there and stared at me without saying anything, but with a look on her face that clearly said I was wasting her time. I politely said the drink was not supposed to have ice and she rolled her eyes as she took the drink back. A couple minutes later she comes back with my coke, which still had ice in it, and with a very snarky attitude, she tells me to have a great day and closes the window...apparently she poured some of the ice off the top and filled it with a little more coke. But you know, whatever, carry on Tammy... this is the kicker, I get home and realized my Sons 1/2 pound French dip did NOT come with the dip, which is the whole point in ordering THAT sandwich! So I pull out my receipt to get the phone number so I can call and let the management know what’s going on and I’ve called many times and it rings once and then I get a fast busy tone. The advertisement picture looked very inviting, but the actual product was not even close. not much flavor, crunch was good. They are maybe 3in and flat. They give tartar sauce, but plain or with their horseradish sauce taste better to me.-And besides the employees just being giddy, playfully, silly,loud,( not in a good way) Infront of customers, ignoring customers, being grossed out not handling food bags properly. They have a young staff, which is fine but they needed better training on customer service, and how to conduct themselves in the forefront. I been here before, but not this bad -Need hand sanitizing station, to much touching of hats, headset, hair, face, money etc. This was My experience with food and observation...

I also asked for a cup of ice and was told I could not have a cup of ice but could have ice water so was given a very small cup with only 4 ice cubes. I am 20 weeks pregnant and live in Florida so I explained that I would like a full cup of ice and was again given 4 cubes and told I could go next door to the gas station and buy ice!!! I spoke to Debbie the distract manager who again told me I could go next door and pay for ice. I have never heard of a paying custumer at a food establishment being told they could not have extra ice. I am pregnant, hot, and so irritable that I will definitely never go to this Arby's again which I only live 10 minutes from.
