This food was so fresh and awesome! We had pad kee Mao, spring rolls, and mango sticky rice with Thai tea. Rodney delivered it to our site at the Margaritaville RV park. His wife Maya made the food from super scratch. Everything was so fresh and delicious!! Our noodles had a bit of spice so beware if that's a worry for you, but we loved it with the spice..

Since it's made from scratch it will take an hour or more to deliver. (Rodney said Maya doesn't even cut the veg till you order) - so worth it. I'm guessing if you find their food trailer, it would be faster since they are in full food making mode.

I hadn't ever tasted some of the veggies and seasonings Maya used. Felt like I was in a new world. Thanks Maya and Rodney! You rock!

Cooked in a home kitchen. And 100% amazing. Everything was SUPER fresh. We ordered a bunch of different things as it was our first time. The Crab Rangoon was crispy and stuffed. The Fried Vegetable Spring rolls were hard to stop eating. The Pad Mee was super flavorful, the egg cooked perfectly, and the beef was tender and rich. The Thai Egg Noodles with Red Pork Soup had a great depth of flavor. And the Stir-fried curry vegetables with Jasmin rice was delicious. And the fresh Shrimp Spring Rolls were gone so fast that we have decided that we will probably be ordering them again very soon. Well just wow….. I’m hard pressed to find real fresh hot Thai food in my area. After my local Thai food truck got raided by Polk county and made to pack up, I was sure I would never see authentic Thai cuisine again.

The Thai spaghetti was delicious, savory and spicy. Amazing generous portion and a perfect meat to noodle ratios. You can really get a taste of every herb and spice from the chilis to the basil.

Not to mention the Thai cake… ok now this is something different….

Nutty, moist, creamy. This was the icing on the cake (literally) to a already banging dinner.

I can’t wait to go back to see what else they have.
