The food was awful ordered boneless spare ribs and pork fried rice. The spareribs had no sauce and were just chopped pieces of pork which were dry. Fried rice tasted like it was cooked with bad water!!! Had to throw it all away. Would not recommend this place

The owner responded they offered a remedy yes she did however I am a disabled senior and told her that I lived far and could not return and yes that I was giving them a bad review!!! The customer service seems to be getting better. My husband loves their sesame Chicken! Everytime we are in Augusta it's an automatic stop!! It It was those lemon pepper wings but now he's got to have the sesame chicken. But notice your receipt when you are there within 7 days you get a discount or something. If you have that receipt. That will determine if they doing better with customer service because a while back they questioned me about the receipt but it is displayed after you pay a certain amount for that meal. You get a free item or a discount off your next meal, so please read your receipt and take advantage of that. No one has money growing on trees in these days, even if you make a good salary. My friend tested positive for Covid I called happy China and ask them if they could take their chicken broth and add thin rice, noodles, and chicken since we eat there at least twice a week we know they have all these ingredients on hand and prepared they were the sweetest kindest about putting this together for me to give to my friend to help her get better and get nourishment, a true establishment that will take their ingredients and make something that I call get better soup I thank everyone that helped make this happen.. greatest place to get your Chinese food.
