Very friendly and informative lady taking orders. After listening to her suggestions I found that although everything is cooked fresh on the spot, it lacked flavor. The only cheese available on anything you order is mozzarella which I’ve never had any Mexican dish that called for this type of cheese and not asadero, cotija, Monterey-colby blend. I had the quesabirria which were rather small and tasteless. Luckily I got extra sauces like salsa verde to dip in since the actual beef stock consomé that comes with the quesabirria was lacking flavor. The flat top quesadilla was also tasteless with nothing more than mozzarella cheese and bland carne asada. The picada is an open faced taco with all bland ingredients which thankfully came with red and green sauce that I doused all over. I appreciate their candor and attempt at a fast food taco truck but Mexican dishes are delicious when prepared with the time and effort it calls for.
