We ordered off of the wingstop app for delivery at 4:50pm and didn’t receive it until 7 pm after getting it, Wingstop forgot a whole 20 wings and Ranches, after discussing with the manager she admitted that they were at fault for not giving the driver our full order they said our “ONLY” option was to go up there and get it… (hopefully people without vehicles or who are unable to drive get their whole order) after escalating we thought we had gotten somewhat of a resolution and were called back 30 minutes later that they were unable to fulfill that request because “someone” NOT US by the way contacted door dash for a credit on our behalf MIND YOU WE ORDERED ON THE WINGSTOP APP and our only help option online was to call the store… so no idea how anyone could request anything on our behalf… but I digress, after speaking to DoorDash they said they had no calls or claims from us… PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF THE HASSLE AND FIND ANOTHER WINGSTOP OR IF YOU DO GO IN CHECK YOUR ORDER TWICE. Read moreWe ordered $81.40 worth of food from this new Wing Stop on Harper Franklin. We get home and the order is not correct. Missing multiple items. We usually order Wing Stop at least 4-5 times per month but this is the last time a ever order from Wing Stop. We have went to different locations due to getting wrong food repeatedly and really hoped this new one would have been different but unfortunately it was not.They really need to train the employees better to check the orders and verify that they are bagged correctly.
