Starbucks Coffee Company — Restaurant in Aurora Township

Can't never get the Vanilla cold brew right at this location. Sometimes it is too creamy, sometimes not enough cream. Not sure who is training these people. Starbucks should be ashamed of such a location. The one thing they make onsite are drinks, they can't even get that right. All the sandwiches, snacks, cakes, already comes premade in a plastic sealed bag which they have to open, warm it up then added to the paper bag. With all the inconsistent drinks they have the guts to ask for tips. Seriously? Dunkin near by has great service, consistent drink, better price, and they don't hand you a credit card machine which ask you first to select how much tips you are willing to give. Never again at this location, and possibly will avoid startsucks for a while. Gave this location a chance for almost a year now, since they first open last year. Never going to come to this Starbucks EVER again. I waited 20+ minutes for my mobile order and nobody bothered to say a word to me or anyone else waiting for their order (wasn’t even that busy either). I had to get in line just to talk to someone to let them know how long I had been waiting and they didn’t even bother to apologize. Not to mention that they didn’t even make my drink right - how hard is it to mess up an iced coffee with cream and extra caramel drizzle? I’m livid. I usually don’t use google to post bad reviews but this place has some serious quality issues that need to be addressed. As someone who goes to Starbucks religiously, I can confidently say that this is the worst one I’ve ever been to. I normally go to this location on my way to work and hardly ever have an issue with my drink. I asked to have my drink remade since the taste was off and I usually get the same drink everyday. The lady that helped me out in drive thru window/ speaker seemed bothered that she had to remake it. She stated she made the drink and all cold brew is going to taste the same since it’s the same batch… she then asks for the old drink back and tells me to try the new one in front of her to make sure it taste right in a very snotty tone as she’s trying to prove a point that it’s going to taste the same as the previous one.
