I've been a medical patient in several states for nearly two decades, and unfortunately, my recent experience here was the most disappointing. As a returning patient, I found myself waiting for 47 minutes in a small room for my pre-ordered items online, while watching seven recreational customers being served and leaving before I received any attention. My intention isn't to come across as entitled, but it leads me to question the benefit of obtaining a medical license if it doesn't facilitate the process or provide any precedence over recreational purchases.

The staff's approach was notably lackluster and unprofessional. They seemed indifferent and were dismissive when I expressed surprise upon being requested to present my documentation once more. Despite showing them my online profile containing this very information, their demeanor remained unchanged.

The product variety is also disappointing and stagnant, with the same brands consistently available and items nearing their expiration. This is not only frustrating but also a financial strain considering the limited budget I'm working with.

While my order was being confirmed, the errors made in reading it back to me were not just inconvenient but potentially dangerous, highlighting a lack of seriousness that should be inherent in any establishment dealing with health-related products regulated by the state.

This experience has been remarkably unsatisfactory, undermining the establishment's credibility as a provider of essential alternative medicine and failing to meet the expectations of patients relying on their services.

My first time at this dispensary and it’s is honestly one of the best in this area. As a medical patient, it was challenging to find a dispensary that served medical patients and has a full menu until yesterday! The menu has top shelf products in almost every category - Flower, Edibles, Extracts, Cartridges, etc. You can place your order online and schedule a pickup time that works for you! The quality of the products I got are magnificent! The staff is absolutely incredible, knowledgeable, and extremely kind! I visited on May 12, and the representative who helped me was the one who ran me out. He was very informative, knowledgeable, and friendly; I find you don't get much there. The reception can be at times chilly, uninviting, and if you ask a question to some, it seems like they don't want to be bothered (yet fail to realize if it weren't for the customers, you would have a paycheck and place to display your "sunny dispositions."
