Can't never get the Vanilla cold brew right at this location. Sometimes it is too creamy, sometimes not enough cream. Not sure who is training these people. Starbucks should be ashamed of such a location. The one thing they make onsite are drinks, they can't even get that right. All the sandwiches, snacks, cakes, already comes premade in a plastic sealed bag which they have to open, warm it up then added to the paper bag. With all the inconsistent drinks they have the guts to ask for tips. Seriously? Dunkin near by has great service, consistent drink, better price, and they don't hand you a credit card machine which ask you first to select how much tips you are willing to give. I asked to have my drink remade since the taste was off and I usually get the same drink everyday. The lady that helped me out in drive thru window/ speaker seemed bothered that she had to remake it. She stated she made the drink and all cold brew is going to taste the same since it’s the same batch… she then asks for the old drink back and tells me to try the new one in front of her to make sure it taste right in a very snotty tone as she’s trying to prove a point that it’s going to taste the same as the previous one.
