Taco Movil — Restaurant in Aurora Township

I've already reviewed this establishment, but will add. As I said before, I live 1 1/2 hours away, but go here when I visit my buddy. I ALWAYS order deep fried shredded beef tacos. And, I get a steak burrito just beans and steak (frijoles and Carne), toppings (lettuce, cheese, tomatoes) on the side so nothing melts/wilts, to go, for later in the evening. Last week, I had 3 shredded beef while I was there, somehow packed down 3 more on the drive home. The next day, revisited my burrito! This place obviously looks like a converted "Dog N Suds" car hop. You DO need to go in to order, limited seating, but it is SO refreshing to get a basket of chips that are so fresh, they burn your fingers if you try to grab one right away! Also, the meat does NOT sit on a grill top all day, like most Taquerias. Everything is fresh, and if you get there too late, they run out of certain items, which I think adds charm, and a sense of, the owners would rather have fresh food, then to regurgitate old food! Anyone who remembers Chi- Chi's restaurants in the 80's will appreciate the shredded beef or chicken tacos, they bring back...

Taco usually good went there for dinner asked for cheese and cilantro only on 8 steak tacos and 5 chicken tacos i got all the way home in notice they add onions onto my tacos which I don’t eat. I called to resolve the issued the lady who took my order answered I explained what I asked for then she told me she don’t speak English and there’s no one who can help me. Then I say okay and put a Spanish speaking associate on the phone the lady agreed on remaking my tacos. When I got there the cooks was upset and they didn’t remake my tacos they took the cheese, cilantro and onions off add more cheese and cilantro which made me so upset because I spent my money in my food still had pieces of onions In them which my husband are allergic to I most likely won’t eat...

If you need a taco truck I would not bother with this place! The owner's wife Clara is the person incharge of booking events. She has no customer service skills. I don't even know how they run this place. She is very rude! We tried to book Taco Movil for a huge event and I called her to check pricing and told her i would get back to her with the exact amount of people and when i called her to confirm the date and Time she hung up on me. For a second I thought there was a bad phone connection but no! I attempred to call back and leave a voice mail and never got a response. I should of read the reviews before wasting my time on this place. Not the first person this has happened to. Horrible customer service! Go...
