This is one of the better drunk foods in the area. Quessabirria tacos is one of new favorite foods because it just feels so guilty. The only way it could be better is if it was greasier, and I'm not gonna lie, I would totally welcome that. The birria stew broth is quite delicious as a dipping sauce and you could totally mix it with rice if you're feeling extra sinful. The other tacos were okay, I wasn't really feeling the tortillas and the meats could be juicier. I got it for takeout so I wonder if it tastes better when you eat it on the spot.
