This is one of the better drunk foods in the area. Quessabirria tacos is one of new favorite foods because it just feels so guilty. The only way it could be better is if it was greasier, and I'm not gonna lie, I would totally welcome that. The birria stew broth is quite delicious as a dipping sauce and you could totally mix it with rice if you're feeling extra sinful. The other tacos were okay, I wasn't really feeling the tortillas and the meats could be juicier. I got it for takeout so I wonder if it tastes better when you eat it on the spot. The salsas could be spicier but I have unnaturally high spice tolerance. I feel like this place could do well in a hole-in-the-wall type of building...

This place is actually spectacular. My coworker stumbled upon it a few months ago and we’ve been going once a week since. Quality is consistent and top notch. The red quesabirria tacos are always packed and come with a side of consomé that pairs perfectly. Quesadilla comes with a side of tortilla chips with cheese. Everything is less than $15 (from what I’ve ordered) and the portions / quality actually match the price. I see this truck at Dry Dock North regularly, but it's closed. Yesterday was my lucky day and got there early. I ordered the al pastor burrito and it was great. The salsa they had on the side was the prefect touch of spicy to add. It was cooked to order so I had a short 7 min wait.
