Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Aurora

After many months away from ordering from Dominos (because of poor service, and accuracy of orders) I made the decision to try you guys again. WHAT A POOR DECISION! When someone orders a pizza online with no cheese and a red notice box pops up and says even though you see cheese on the picture we'll get it right. WHAT A LIE!!! How hard is it to read an order and make it correctly? Then when I called it took the person on the phone a long time to figure out how to correctly process my order, and didn't even really apologize (it was an afterthought) until she was hanging up the phone. I wasn't offered anything other than a replacement pizza, which I will have to wait over an hour for. Why do I even bother with you guys. There is a reason why I've ordered from PAPA JOHNS over the past several months. This experience again proves that whatever cost I may have saved ordering from here was not worth it at all.

UPDATE: Glenn, the store manager called me. He was very professional and understanding during our conversation. He explained to me how the error happened and personally checked my pizza (and caught the same error again), and had them make another one. He also took steps to make sure that if I order again, that mistake won't happen. I guess only time will tell. However, I do want to say that reviews and comments do matter, and I truly do appreciate Glenn for taking time on a Friday to talk to me and provide...

Got walk-in pizza today on Frontenac Ave. Order custom made Large thin crust pizza in Alfredo sauce with spinach, garlic, chicken, olives and mushrooms. Rep stated it will take 10-15 min to make and they did it pretty fast within 10 min. Pizza turned out so good which I didn’t expect because I originally asked for white sauce pizza with broccoli or cauliflower which they didn’t have. So Alfredo alternative turned out surprisingly amazing. Everything was fresh, warm and taste awesome, they even had it cut in numerous little pieces. Total was $23.

Though I gotta say for a Large pizza which looks more like Small it’s a bit high price. I used to live in PA and their Large pizza triangular slice would not fit into your hand & you’d have to roll it to fit in your mouth. But I guess size wise Domino’s pizza differs state to state.

All in all I really liked what I ordered at Domino’s pizza & highly recommended! Wish I could add pictures for reference of think crust with my toppings, but to get an idea it resembles to...

I like this store, for the fact that any order that i've placed is always ready for me within a 12 to 20 minute time frame. The team members do a great job at making sure my order is right the first time, and in the rare scenario that it is not; the manager(s) replace s it w/ no hassle. No real issue, the only complaint(s) {that} I have is with the representatives that answer the phone. Understandbly, i'm only one customer out of hundreds or more, and I tend to call during busier hours at times; but a friendlier demeanor from the customer service rep would help. They sound as if they don't want to be there or something. Also, the wait for phone orders are a bit long some days, and i've seen employees ignore the phone as it rang; so it is not always attributed to the inability to answer. All in all, they usually have specials running; the large 3 topping pizza for $7.99 being a personal favorite of mine, and their lava cakes are amazing.
