I and my wife recently visited Mero Kitchen in Austin and had an exceptional flavorful experience. The food stands out in Austin for its unique and rich Nepalese and Indian cuisine. The owner is very welcoming, assuring, and dedicated to providing an excellent food experience. We had the pleasure of trying their Chicken Momo, Chicken Chowmein and Nepali Thali .I was delighted to find out that they have an awesome clean space which i really love it, and I am proud of this food truck for presenting the culture and authenticity of Nepal and Indian Cuisine. I highly suggest this place and assure you that you will love it. Give it a try and find it out yourself. They are truly an asset to the town of Austin for bringing this food culture to the community. The momos were perfectly prepared, and the dal bhat brought the true flavors of Nepal to life. I ordered vegetarian Momo's, and loved it. They were juicy, had lots of filling, and the tomato chutney was exceptional. Must be the best Momo's in Austin.

I also had vegetarian chowmein. I personally didn't like the addition of black beans (kaala chana) in chowmein, but the flavors were outstanding in the chowmein as well.
