Subway — Restaurant in Austin

My best friend lives in Jesture. I've been going to this store for years. The store itself is insanely over priced, ok I get it. The subway in that store is my focus today. I've purchased many sandwiches over the years. Every sandwich is such an ordeal. They are so stingy with ingredients. I'm not use to that. Every subway I've ever been to is very generous a will make your sandwiches with what ever you ask for. Not this place. They serve up olives a few at a time. It's alway a struggle to get them to hold up the subway standard. They TRY not to even give you a bag. Tonight I'm visiting my friend. I went and bought a $7. 6" sandwich , didn't even try for the way I like it. It came time to swipe my card and it was $8. And some change. ( a built in tip). I made them fix it. Paid, they didn't even put it in a bag. I asked politely if I should put it in my pocket. The older woman violently snapped open a vague and was speaking in her foreign language still when I made it to the door. As a guy that has enjoyed subway sandwiches all over Texas I can say that this is the worst most unfriendly subway I've ever been to. This review has been a long time...

Food was great. Area is in good location. Some of the service employees were great . But some were not. This place dosnt know how to use the coupons that cutomers use. I. Was using my coupon and employee looked at me like what do you want me to use this for. He even asked mgr of store. He didnt even know how to use the coupon. I Was embarrassed as the customers were pileing up and i just paid full price for my food. And left! The employees need to be told about coupons and how to use them and not make customers feel stupid and as we r inconvenienceing the employees. You will lose cusyomers that way. I wont eat here again. Treat your customers better. And have better...

I eat at Subway quite often for lunch throughout the city they are still the best sandwich classic style. The vegetables always seem to be fresh and the place always seems to be nice and clean. This place in particular delicious turkey sandwiches with provolone cheese and all the right toppings made to order just the way I like it. Their Sandwich Board that they fix the sandwiches on are constantly being wiped down so you don't have leftover sauce on the paper that the wrapping your sandwich with from the previous sandwich.
