Worst Saturday service I ever had! The old dude at the window took my card and slammed the window. Because of all the papers they have plastered everywhere I could no longer see him and when I asked when they started doing that he started barking at me! There's a better way to conduct yourself when you run an establishment he was acting like he was at a ballpark and just knocked back a few! Poor conduct and bad attitude so they had to give me my money back elderly or not he shouldn't deal with the public if he cannot conduct himself in a way that brings back customers not...

They have a really nice selection of flavors but lately they keep getting the order wrong. One person will take the order and short-hand write it down and someone else will make it and it'll be a completely different ice cream flavor. This has happened a few times when no one else is there so there really shouldn't be the confusion. They have fixed it when it happens but I can't figure out why they can't either write down the entire order or just communicate it to each other if they have different people take orders...

My wife got a quart of mint chocolate chip ($10+!) and was going to get a second overpriced quart but was told they couldn’t do half and half. What, you might have to rinse another scooper? She declined instead. I guess they’re busier than they look and can afford to miss out on an overpriced sale. $7.29 for a pint and $5.50-something for a bowl. Seriously? Good luck staying in business with those prices and service. ...
