Taco Bell — Restaurant in Ava

It's getting to the point where we won't even go to this location anymore. The orders are never right. For example, 3 out of the 4 people in our house do not like tomatoes on our food. We always tell them not to put any on our food. The first time or two they put them on there we were like, "Oh well, I can pick them off." After several more trips and they still put them on there it seemed more like they just do not care to do things right. Sure we can pick them off, but it's gotten very frustrating that this happens so often. It cannot be an accident every time we go. We have had missing food multiple times. My wife called about it once and they said they would write it down for next time we come through. Guess what? The next time we come through they have no idea what she's talking about. We live aways away, so some evenings my wife just swings through and picks up dinner for the family. It is really disappointing that this store cannot get an order correct that it really limits where we can go with already having very limited choices...

I would give zero stars if I could. Waited for almost 15 min sitting at the window for our food. They weren’t even busy. Maybe 2 cars parked in the very back. One person behind us in the drive thru & they still managed to mess up our order. I paid extra for a chicken chalupa got down the road and it was a beef one.. well I think it was beef there wasn’t enough on there to tell. Ordered bean and cheese burrito & paid for extra red sauce & got a burrito with NO red sauce. It’s really not complicated to read a screen. It concerns me that you can drive a vehicle down the road but you can’t read a screen to make an order? Thankfully I don’t live in that town & have to worry about you driving on the same road as me on a...

We tried this place last night for the first time, there were 3 of us. 2 of us ordered meals w extra meat on our tacos and the vegetables off. We paid extra for the extra meat for our tacos.

When we got our food. Neither one that had ordered extra meat got the extra meat. One even had all the other stuff on their tacos that we asked for it not to have. When we brought it to their attention someone else wanted to tell us we didn’t pay for extra meat but we did. She failed to read the screen correctly. Then when we got the remake they still shorted us one of our tacos.

We won’t be back! Very frustrating to get your food wrong not once but twice...
