Avon House of Pizza — Restaurant in Avon

So, this is a fairly standard "insert name of town" house of pizza. Lady behind the counter was fair but not engaged. When I go here, I almost always get tuna on a salad. They never have French or Russian dressing to go with it. It would be nice if they ever got that in. The curly fries are quite good. It is a bit expensive for what you get. I will come back here but as an exception. Update: they got French dressing in! And I see now that the lady behind the counter is warming up when she recognizes me, so that is nice. Another update, they are now very good at recognizing me and having the French in stock. Thanks AHOP, and I have upgraded the review to a full 5 stars. I can't come every week but will happily come when I am able! Further update, I am now a regular and the lovely lady behind the counter knows my name and order. Way to go on building a great business...

So this was my first time coming here but I could already tell the owner didn't care AT ALL. I was in town on a business trip so I just wanted some food and I was tired. I went there for a chicken salad, and then after sitting down I went back up and asked for some onion rings. He then got all pissy, talking to me with the most incredible attitude I've ever encountered. He then gave me the onion rings I had asked for. The onion rings were covered in other residue from the fryer, such as cinnamon and bits of French fries, not to mention they were DRIPPING with enough grease to sing footloose. Everytime I went up to the counter for napkins or salt, he would make a sarcastic comment or give me a dirty look. Screw this place...never coming here again. The service is absolutely...

We ordered a pan of fries and a pan of chicken. According to Avon House of Pizza website a large portion of chicken is only $60 (the price of the fries are unlisted) HOWEVER we were charged $241 for this! After bringing this to their attention they admitted they overcharged us but only refunded us $50 bringing our total to down to $191. If the chicken was only $60, even with the $50 refund that means they charged us $131 for the pan of fries. That’s ludacris. They were unseasoned and soggy!! We will NEVER order food from this place again. Notice on our receipt they never even listed the price for each item....
