My daughter has acid reflux disease and she’s lactose intolerant we asked for oat milk I said it like eight times and she says I got that what’s the next coffee so rude. I only repeated it because she still had cream not oat milk she assured me that she put oat milk. Fast forward about an hour hour and a half my daughters in the bathroom throwing up diarrhea because she didn’t care about somebody else’s house and she was rude and this girl was obnoxious and this is the one in Avon in front of Walmart not inside today I stop and get a coffee before I go to work at 6 AM nothing else is open I asked for a large caramel macchiato and I get a large mocha they don’t care they’re rude they don’t pay attention you really have to get people in there that want...

My wife and I had a terrible experience here. We ordered 2 breakfast sandwiches and 2 large iced coffees in the drive thru. After we ordered she yelled PULL UP. At the window they tell us they have one egg left so I tell em that's fine even though my card was already charged. They had us pull up and wait as the next 3 cars were taken care of. She gives us the order after 10 min and my wife's sandwich looked like it was thrown on the floor. I went back in and they treated me like I'm crazy. Refund was to hard for them so I just asked for a non toasted plain bagel with cream cheese. My daughter comes all the way from Wareham so I can watch my grandson while she works and she always ask if I want a coffee. I USE to always get an ice coffee (lg. Original blend 2 skim 1 equal) but I stopped because this Dunkin’s ALWAYS gives me something that’s not original blend. So now started just asking for a hot regular and they are even doing that WRONG!!! The most simple basic coffee and they get it wrong! HOW?? I give up! I no longer get coffee from this dunkins.
