Wish I could write a zero star review. We walked in at 7:22pm when we werenāt even greeted by any of he employees who looked at us with distataste and unhappiness. We went to order and they said that their espresso machine needs to be cleaned and would take 20 minutes... we tried to order a sandwich on the bagel, and they had no bagels, then we went to order one on a croissant and they didnāt have any of those either, we finally got to the conclusion that all they have for sandwich options were English muffins. So we ordered the food and as we were waiting for our stuff the lady tells us that the machine to cook the hash browns we also ordered was broken.. I highly doubt this machine was broken, I believe these two girls who were working were friends. I think they just told us that so they didnāt have to do it, and clean the machines, when it was an hour and a half til closing. I work in the service industry and it is absolutely unacceptable to be unable to cook something, or say we canāt, because we donāt want to. In my place of business if we get an order for something we make it if we can. There is no other options. The glaring and the looks they were giving and the responses and lack of help or care to even give us what we want was completely unsatisfactory and we will not be returning to this location. I go to Dunkinā Donuts all the time and Iāve never seen the lack of customer service at any other Dunkinā or any other place Iāve ever been ever. THESE GIRLS DESERVE...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI've been here multiple times trying to give them the benefit of the doubt, but after this last disappointing visit I will gladly travel the extra 15 minutes or so to either Kennett Square or Hockessin.
All I needed on this past visit was a large pumpkin iced coffee with light ice and cream. What I got was a regular iced coffee with cream and regular ice. The main issue I feel is the employees. They're a group of young, high school, aged girls who seem more concerned with talking to each other about non-work related things than doing their job properly.
I can understand standing around talking when no one's in. But when I, or anyone, walks in and is the only customer, as was the case today, they should be able to be professional enough for the 3 minutes the interaction will take without screwing up something as simple as a flavored icee coffee.
It seems like the best time to go is when there's only two or so people working. That's when they're able to focus up the best and adequately perform their role...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI came in today with my sisters for the pumpkin spice latte we didnāt like it, they tasted like water but had the coffee color so we were confused they all tasted bland and the teenage girl who was making them seemed like she didnāt care if they were made right so I asked if I could please get them remade they both seemed bothered but remade them (I thank the white lady). My sisters coffee were made better mine still didnāt taste right so I asked if I could please get my Money back or get a different one (the teenage girl) said āwe canāt do anything about that ā ( with an attitude).I was upset because I usually am the one to bite my tongue and go home but this time I actually had the courage to say something bc it came out of my pocket if you donāt like something say something if what Iāve learned! I do not recommend...
