On 8/11/24 ordered 2 burritos thru drive thru. Came home one was labeled lengua(my wife's burrito) 2nd wasn't labeled (my patron burrito) took 2 bites and realized it wasn't a patron burrito went back pretty upset, it's AZ, it's HOT out. Been driving for most of the day and I had to go back because FILOBERTOS got my order wrong in the middle of eating with my little family. Anyway I get there. The lady in front not sure if she's managing or supervising at the place at this time? But she blames the young cook in the back and immediately tells him to make the right burrito but I just felt like it wasn't right. She didn't apologize for the mistake. She didn't do anything to make up for me having to come here twice to get the correct order I asked for the 1st time. So i asked for my money back. She gave me my money back in cash and I paid debit plus patron burrito advertised price was 14.66 and she gave me back 13.26 and no refund receipt. So I left. Then I researched all this info and went back in to ask for my receipt and she said they tossed it and she got upset and reprinted a new receipt to show me the price and her attitude was so nasty at this point she was shoving the receipt at me to take it telling me so I can feel better anywho this lady does not need to be here I can tell she makes the work environment difficult to go thru she has dark hair and dark eyeliner made me lose my appetite from being upset. Not sure if you can tell from the long complaint but I urge people to stay away, they clearly don't take customer satisfaction...

Somebody has to do something at this location.. every time I come, drive-thru takes forever.. I place my order, and by the time I get to the window is about 15- 20 minutes. I’m sure by then the food gets soggy.. I mean come on, I can’t believe there’s no managers or someone to let them know. It’s a drive-thru not a sitting down restaurant.

2nd review.. my first review was 2 years ago. It’s been that long since I’ve came to this place, and it’s going from bad to worse. Rude kid at the drive thru, I will poste receipt just in case there’s something there that will tell who he is. When you place 2 different meals for 2 different people and you ask for 2 bags of carrots and jalapeños, they shouldn’t be charging you, I get if you asked for extra but I’m getting full meals. And when they tell you it’s the “policy” like if that was the only way, it’s stupid. Believe me, I worked fast food for a long time. It’s not… if I wanted to ask for supervisor I would of gotten those jalapeños for free, it’s the way this kid was talking to customers because I heard the car in front and back of me. Rude, no customer service, and rushing. 2 meals, and 2 receipts because he needed to charge for an extra jalapeños.. but I guess 1 star review is better than to charge $2.75 for...

Ok overall been going for a while now and not so bad! So I’ve had great experiences with this place, luckily few bad ones, but still I ain’t going to hate them when I know they can do better. Overall looks cool and perfect for a night out and if you’re hungry you can go late at night, food is great on variety and with cooks know what they are making. But on my few bad experience have been because of said food; mistaken my order with another customers, adding certain details to my order, pretty standard usual things you know. Today was different, I got out of work and felt lazy and decided for some breakfast and I ordered a Tripa burrito, they add the onion and cilantro like usual. When I got home I opened up the burrito and the cilantro was not as fresh like other times, and it was way to much for what should be put on. It did ruin my overall food, so I did try to call and talk but phone wasn’t answered, I was already tired and needed to rest for my next day of work. So I let this one occasion slide and hope they see this review. The young female’s at the window were courteous and attended me very well, place is nice and all, food most of the time is good and on point. But over all this place gets a 3...

As someone originally from Chula Vista, San Diego – the birthplace of the taco shop and the iconic California burrito – I had high hopes for my order at Filiberto's. Unfortunately, this location fell short. I ordered a California burrito, but it was missing a key ingredient: sour cream. The pico de gallo was warm, as if it had been cooked with the meat, instead of being cold and fresh like it should be. Additionally, it tasted like it had melted cheddar cheese, which is not part of the original recipe. The fries inside would have been better if they used shoestring potatoes, which are more traditional. Also, a proper California burrito should either have guacamole or sour cream, both of which were missing. I'm not sure if they gave me a different burrito by mistake, but this definitely wasn't the California burrito I was expecting. The other Filiberto's locations in the area get it right, but this one missed the mark. To top it off, the guy taking orders on Saturday night seemed rude and disinterested, like he didn’t care about providing good service. Some training in customer service wouldn't hurt. Overall, this was a disappointing experience, and I hope they can improve...

Taco Tuesday, need I say more? When we crave tacos and I don't want to cook, this is our go-to spot for the tacos. Their Spanish rice is decent. The beans tasted like they come from a can. The drive-through is usually quick. Since there were so many cars in the drive-through line, I went inside. The hot sauce on the salsa bar had a bigger variety. It also tasted better than the one we usually receive from the drive-through. Overall, it's a great place for tacos if you aren't in the mood to cook!
