Today was my last time eating at Popeyes.
I usually finish work at 4 PM and skip lunch, so I often stop by Popeyes for a quick meal. I always order the 3-piece combo, which used to include a leg, a wing, and a breast; something I really enjoyed.
Unfortunately, the quality of service has gone downhill. Lately, what you order and what you receive are completely different. This isn’t just poor service; it feels like deception and a lack of respect for loyal customers.
This is the third time I’ve had this issue at the Columbia Pike location. Today, around 4:30 PM, I ordered my usual meal. When I opened the box, all I found was one large chicken breast nothing close to the variety I paid for. I went back to the counter to explain, but the two young women working there ignored me. They turned their backs and continued chatting with each other instead of addressing my concern.
I was left with no choice but to walk away with the wrong order. If this kind of behavior reflects the company’s overall management, it’s truly disappointing. If it’s just this branch, then I’ll simply take my business elsewhere.

We did not approach the cashier yet because we were looking at the menu. We were rushed to approach and order we had just walked in not even 1 minute. We made our order and told her multiple times we wanted 2 combos and she only ordered one. As we tried to let her know of the mistake she began to go on a rant that it was our fault and started complaining while helping other customers. She said she had no problem ordering the other one with attitude. It was simple fixed that became complicated. As a result I decided not to get it and we told her because she was being rude we will not order it. She began to complain more to the point I left the store while my father waited for our food. Read moreHad the worst experience ever at this place, I was very patient about my order because they did not only took forever to process the order but also they didn't have any biscuits for which I was very open to get another side instead. Lady who took my order couldn't get the machine right to accept my payment etc. After all that was done lady told me that all my order was ready and was happy to be finally walking out with my order but lady forgot the sime drinks even after I asked if all of the order was there. It all was great now was hungry and happy to get my favorite Popeyes combos to the family. I got home and of course my order was messed up I was missing 2 side orders and one of my family members was of course unhappy 😡 and hungry after I spent all that time there and still got it incorrect order ..
