I have been there many times and never had such a horrible experience. The previous employees were good now it’s just like you go to a store in a hood. I went and ordered a chicken sandwich and because the music was so loud i needed to make a phone call i had to step out and i was standing right by the door and i came back inside after like maybe 3 or 4 minutes i waited for my food but nothing the guy working at the register saw me standing there and didn’t say anything i went washed my hands and came back and standing there with the ticket in my hand . He didn’t say anything (older arabic speaking guy) so he handed this lady her food she said thats not what i ordered i wanted 3 sandwiches not number 3 from the menu so he made a mistake he should have confirmed her order but he didn’t last couple of times i went there he is always on his phone and today also he was busy texting he needs to put his phone down and do his job and most importantly “its not his house he shouldn’t be playing music so loud and some arabic rap music not even pop or easy listening English music “ . So after waiting and waiting and watching people who came after me getting their food i asked him whats is going on today i placed the order at 12:45pm and now its 1:09 pm thats 25 minutes so he goes inside and comes back with the sandwich he says oh i its been ready i called you but you weren’t here i said i have been standing here the whole time in front of your face i was so pissed i didn’t want to eat and asked him to give me a refund snd he he refused kept blaming me and than trying to give me cold sandwich i said no i don’t want it and i left. I will never go back to give them any business.

Read moreI was really excited to see a brand-new halal hot chicken place near me so that I wouldn’t have to make the 20 minute drive to the Dave’s hot chicken location in Vienna, but honestly for my experience tonight, that drive will forever be worth it. I should have noticed by the lack of interior design that the food was going to taste like hospital food, hence the inside feeling like a hospital cafeteria. According to your menu: • The 2 Sandwiches with Fries are listed at $9.99, but I was charged $12.99 each. • The Chicken Rice Bowl is listed at $6.99, but I was charged $8.00.
When I pointed out the discrepancy, the employee named Rony was extremely rude and dismissive. He said, “That’s not my problem, do whatever you want to do,” which is not only unprofessional but also disrespectful. It’s disappointing to experience this kind of behavior, especially when the mistake is on the restaurant’s part.
