They like to lie and tell people that most there employees get fired but they actually quit. Very mean. They do cuss at you but love to say you need to be respectful to gain respect. They say the customer is always right but if a customer’s order is wrong then they’re like well you already ate some of it even if they haven’t even touched it. Not sanitary at all and very cheap. Warning they also have double charged a few credit cards so just letting you know if you do like there food try to bring cash, I don’t know if it’s like a accident or what so I’m not gonna say they do it on purpose but I do know that it has happened before, it happened to me. I found out the food is not fresh at all, all of it is frozen and just heated up on the grill. The spring rolls are hand made and there food but I heard and saw the lady making them literally eating the stuff they put in them while making them very nasty in my opinion. I cannot believe this. I just had to pull this piece of metal/steal from my throat that was cooked into my chicken. I called the restaurant back and barley able to speak, tasting the blood in my mouth, told the lady what happened, she placed me on hold and came back to offer me a free plate or credit for another plate for next time because, “she doesn’t know how that could’ve happened”. Smh! I was not seeking free food I wanted to bring to their attention there is something in the food!! Every time I visit Yuki, it’s with the hopes that the customer service will improve. Even though the customer service is consistently horrible, the food is normally decent. My last visit both the food and the customer service were horrible. They are definitely not interested in hearing the customer’s concerns or attempting to correct any problems with your order.
