I am so disgusted by the behavior displayed in this store, my application was ran.. it was approved in that regard. I mentioned I got married had issues with changing to married name but I have proof so you know it’s me. She asked me after running my credit. To provide a marriage license. Bank statements, I did. I provided my utility bill I had to leave to get it! At which point would a denial come…. When a coworker stated in her office with the entire staff and what I believe to be a customer…. Is that she felt uncomfortable servicing us. We are black. My 7 year old and husband heard this. The manager immediately ask me to come into the office and stated she needed me to bring a physical copy of my ssn card to make a COPY! I advised in this electronic system I have a copy I can send just like the rest of the documents. Mention again, I’m in person and a ssn card has no photo to identify a person. So my valid I’d, my marriage certificate, my utility bill my credit app was okay until an employee based her service on her comfort level not applicable status for personal family and household use. I am so upset I had to come to urgent care because it raised my blood pressure. The manager only advised she apologize she is new… but still denied service. Based her comfort letter. I asked for written policy or written law where it states a physical copy is needed to copy instead of using an already copy image provided. She stated she hated that this was an electronic world signifying that she is running based on her emotions and I find this offensive and I’m very disturbed. There was no point in running my application , having me bring all those items and I gave them and then deny me because an employee is new… fair and accuracy business running should have applied. Read moreWe stopped by Farmer's Home Furniture in Bainbridge. As soon as we walked in we were acknowledged in the store and Justin asked if he could help us. We told him we were just looking. He said welcome to look around I'll be over here if you have any questions or see anything you like. He did mention they had a sale going on and not all items were marked down yet. We found a couch and loveseat we loved. Justin told us about the Financing they had. We ended up purchasing a livingroom site, end tables and coffee table. Also a kitchen table. Justin was a big help. He is so friendly and sweet. The young lady in the back that wrote up our paperwork was very friendly and told us our Options they had about financing. Sorry I forgot her name. Young white lady with black hair. So very sweet! They will deliver in a few days they said. We will definitely be back to...

Never gave me an option for a refund they told me I had to pick another nightstand that didn’t even match the bedroom set I just purchased. Silvia clearly needs more sales and customer service training. Tania needs more management training. They are too busy having their own conversation in her office to properly help out customers. Donnie or whomever that even is.. don’t even get me started. I highly recommend completely changing the staff here. Extremely rude and uneducated people. Whatever frustrations they may have within management do not need to be spoken in front of customers. I had to show up in person to get my refund and bought everything online for 1/3 of the price....
