The Dominoes in Baker, La is horrible. The food is always cold and disgusting. In the last past 5 years, I ate there 3 times. Each time was worse than the last time. Today, my daughter ordered a pizza and a sandwich online in the stores parking lot. She waited a few minutes and went to the window to get her food. When she got out to the window, she was told to pull up to the second window because her food was still cooking. She waited over 30 minutes and never got her order. Therefore, she went inside to check on get order. Inside, the her food was sitting under a warmer because the lady forgot about her. The food was lukewarm when she got it. She brought it home and told me what happened. I felt like it was an honest mistake, so I called the store. When I called, I asked to speak to a manager. The manager said that the food was not cold because it was under a 500 degree warmer. After going back and forth with her, I asked to speak to her manager. She said she was the only manager at the store. Then, I asked her what was the number to the corporate office. She said she didn’t have it and hung up the phone in my face. That made me so angry! In return, I went to the store’s location. The manager who said her name was Sam came to the counter with an unprofessional attitude. She raised her voice; I raised mine. A man came from the back and said to get out. I asked him who he was; he said he was the store manager. The store manager was in the store! I told him I asked to speak to him but was told he was not there. His response was shocking. He said he told the manager, who said her name was Sam, to tell me he was not there because they were busy. Busy? No way. The store is never busy. The store is horrible and always empty. I live 2 minutes from the store; I drive to another city when I want to eat from Dominoes. Anyway my experience got better. The manager, who said her name was Sam, charged towards me as if she was going to hit me. At this time, we were screaming at each other. My daughter thought she was going to hit me. On the other hand, she only act like that because the store manager was going to hold her. So, I told my daughter she is not going to do anything to me. I know that God was on her side; if she would have hit me, I was going to spank her and own a large portion of Dominoes. All I wanted was for my daughter to get a hot pizza and hot sandwich. Like I said, I felt like it was an honest mistake that the manager, who said her name was Sam, made. I never thought that I would experience what I experienced for saying my daughter was forgot about in the drive thru window and received cold food. This experience could have been worse if I believed that the manager and one of the employees would actually hit me. I would defended myself. Thank God I know that people who act like that will never hit anyone. They are like the chihuahua verses the pit bull. Chihuahua just bark and act vicious. The pit bull on the hand will bite without the barking. Do not eat there if you want decent service and good food. I don’t understand how that Dominos remains open. If the corporate office reads this comment, it will learn why the store profits are low. I gave it one star just so I could...
Read moreOk, I don't know where to begin with this location! I have ordered many times and each one was horrible. when you stuck inside and don't want to leave your home and you say, how about a pizza! Then you go and order and then the bull crap begin! I will just state in order the issues, I'm not hard to please, but ordering and waited two hours and had to call behind my food, the so call assistant mgr states they had no Driver because the Mgr didn't schedule one! Are you freaking serious!!!!!? Or how about waited another time for an hour and a half and the driver windshield wipers didn't work, so no can do, but no telling me! Oh and another time I ordered and waited as always, and my order was wrong, and they left my drink! Then called and the young man, and I do mean young man couldn't put three words together without sounding like a 5th grader who had special communication problems! I had to be refunded 5X with these people and all are rude and can care less. Dominoes has sunk below quality standards and the bad is, they the only ones who deliver in this area. I rather get out my bed and go somewhere then to deal with these unethical, rude employees! Apparently they do not care who they hire and there are no follow ups on the progress or customer satisfaction! Every job that communicates with customers is a customer service job and if you are hung over, sleepy, hood, grumpy, unpleasant, undereducated, cant put your hooked on phonics learning to good use,,,then find another job! This location is a shame, thoughtless and easy to...
Read moreI am a regular at dominos and lord knows I attempt to be patient. I really really try to give allowances for mistakes and imperfection. However, they need to close down. The whole setup is just riddled with incompetence and problems. This includes a website that always seems to be going through "the change". It's up one day and down the next because of server issues. There are a few really good drivers such as Chase and Breanna(I maybe misspelling her name) that usually get the orders correct. But how hard is it to ACTUALLY read the instructions I add on online and that they print out and STICK TO THE FOOD PRODUCT. It never fails that a drink will either be missing or the salad dressing will not be the one I requested. In addition, why are the dominos bags always FUNKY. I do not wish smell smoke or mildew odors around my food. This why I typically order salads because I never know what someone is up to. I make certain to spray disinfectant on the items as soon as I receive them(this even prior to the pandemic.) Dominos is too expensive and the delivery cost is too high for this level of carelessness and...
