Jack in the Box — Restaurant in Bakersfield

On Saturday 5/20/23 my family and me went to eat at this location around 11:00 am, the lady who helped us look as it someone was forcing her to be there, didn't made us feel welcomed and looked super bothered, aside from the bad customer service, by the afternoon/night we all started throwing up, one by one, vomiting and diarrhea were the symptoms of food poison.... I hope everyone who was eating there that day didn't experienced the same because oh God i felt like i was going to die. Also that was all we had eaten in the day since we had been at church since 8am. Sadly i threw away the receipt on our way put of the restaurant.

**Update: to answer the comment from "the owner " below, I did emailed them the same day I did this review, someone did get back to me and asked me a bunch of questions on May 23rd, to which I've replied with all the answers the same day, however I haven't heard from anyone since then. Today is May 30th still waiting to hear back. Also they offered me meal certificates to which I said NO, we got food poison! How in your mind you think I would want to eat there again, ? Even if is free, I wouldn't dare, my mom who is over 60 years old, hasn't recovered, she has been in the ER twice since then. NO I don't whish to go back...

We ordered our food and she repeated everything back to us correctly. But then when we received our food at the window it was complete opposite. We were missing a whole meal and when I asked for it. She responded with "go around and re order it." Lol No I will not. I ordered in the beginning and I want it, I have hungry kids in the car now. And the way she treated me was disgusting. Rollering her eyes at giving me attitude, flat out called me a liar. We all make mistakes, its ok, i was only asking for you to fix yours; there was zero need for her treating me that way. I was a little annoyed that she had repeated back to me to confirm my order then at the window was a whole other story then treated me like I was a problem. Slammed the window on me. Wouldn't give us the sauce that we asked for. It was awful!! Cold fries, over iced sodas....

I Was there between midnight and 1am after after being handed my food the employee said "okay here's your food. Go." Which I thought was kind of rude? I get home and eat my burger from my munchie meal and my Oreo shake I decide I'm to tired to eat the rest I'm laying in bed and my stomachs keeps getting more upset and cramping and not even an hour later I'm in the bathroom throwing up and come to find out it was food poisoning. It was either the Oreo shake or the burger but either way I'm so upset that it happened. Make sure you guys are cleaning properly or not cross contaminating with food and check your dates...
