I am an avid mariscos fan. I've grown up making it at home and eating it fresh in Mexico. I prefer the lemon marinated shrimp over cooked shrimp so I have a strong biased. My go to dish are the lemon marinated dishes like the ceviche and agua chile. My absolute favorite go-to is the chaka especial tostada. It comes with camaron curtido (lemon marinated ahrimp), camaron cocido (cooked shrimp), pulpo (octopus), callo (scallops), caracol (sea snail), and the veggies which include onion, cucumber, and tomato. The chaka tostada regular excludes the caracol and callo. What makes these dishes amazing is the flavor; perfect salt, lots of lemon, and great spice.
By chance, Ive also tried and enjoyed the shrimp tacos, despite my dislike of cooked shrimp.
