Starbucks — Restaurant in Bakersfield

Had to stop here on my way home from San Jose to Vegas . Of course I needed my coffee and I’m a Starbucks lover . Never have I ever felt the way I did til this one . It’s 7:15 am and not busy my purchase was $14.25 they still rushed me and wouldn’t take my quarter so I can get back exact change instead of coins . Why make someone feel rushed when there is no line or anyone inside ??? And why ignore the customer when I was trying to give a quarter ? It’s too early and i obviously need my coffee to even be wanting to deal with this . I FOR SURE will never be stopping at this location ever again. Ryan was taking care of us and he was so sweet, great energy, explained the drinks with a smile, and even said that if there was something wrong with the drink he assured us he would redo them till it was to our liking, as we sat down to wait there was sugar packets left there from a previous customer who had just left and Ryan with no hesitation walked right up and said, "let me get that for you, the customer had just left I apologize", and we understood, we waited roughly a minute but it was very quick and the energy was lovely as we were walking out he said come back if it's not right and we'll fix it and I just love how he made us feel, thank you Justin. I cannot praise the Starbucks on Stockdale and Heath road enough! Keith, a valued team member, demonstrated exceptional customer service by promptly rectifying an issue with my order. His integrity and genuine connection with customers are commendable. I purposely waited to write this review because Keith's dedication deserves recognition.
