I would give it negative stars if possible. When I walked in to order the reception that I received was that I was inconveniencing the older worker. I was undecided on my sub after she told me I couldn’t use a coupon for 2 foot long subs cause the one I wanted didn’t count? Anyway, after ordering I went to use the bathroom, came out and was going to sit down to eat. The chairs were put up so I preceded to put them down. Mind you this is at 6:00pm the store hours are until 9:30pm. Once again the older worker said you can’t eat here it’s closed. I asked what do you mean it’s closed? She said it’s closed! She then said the bathroom was closed too but you used that anyway . There was no “closed, do not use, out of order” sign anywhere. Meanwhile there is a male sleeping in one of the booths that must belong to one of these superstar employees . I told them this is by far the worst subway I have ever been to. This isn’t my first time there, however I got the same type of reception that the customer is impeding on them doing nothing. The workers there don’t want to work or actually serve human beings. Also I believe all the chairs were up then too in the middle of the day on a Sunday approximately 2pm. This store should be shut down or at least these two workers which are the same two I’ve seen before should be fired! They have zero customer service skills, lack basic manners, and apparently try and keep things “closed” so they don’t have to do any actual work. I will never stop there again and will be sure to tell all about my terrible experience there. Now I pray I don’t get sick from their expert sandwich making skills. But the attitude and rudeness of the woman that was working at this location on Thursday, Nov 9th, 23 is one of the WORSE experiences I ever had at any restaurant. Not only did she hand up on me three times, but she also has to learn when to talk and when not to. As she picked up the phone when I called, I could hear her already bitching about how ridiculous it was that I was calling back; after she hung up as i waited for five minutes or so for her to come back to the phone before I even had a chance to say hello. She has got to be the RUDEST Subway worker I have EVER TALKED TO. If she doesn't like her job, she shouldn't be working there. She even complained she was alone and I told her I felt bad she was having a bad day, but not to take it out on me. I work at a nearby business, and we order almost every week. Read moreI went in around 8:30pm last Saturday and the two female workers one was older and one was younger and they worked very good together, were very kind to me and the other people in the store. I haven’t had subway and a long time and they gave me good recommendations, they were very respectful and took their time with me and conversated with me and others in the store. They are the reason I will be coming back again! I’ve gone in around lunch time and my experience was completely different they were rude and they were having a very loud disagreement and I felt very uncomfortable so did the other people in line.
