Subway — Restaurant in Ball Ground

I hate being this person, I’ve been to this establishment multiple times, when I’ve been the food inventory was interesting, for example, the lettuce would be brown and at the bottom of the container and when they would bring a fresh one it would be brown and not look appealing, same with the tomatoes and pickles, the manager is very nice when I’ve met her and want the owners to know that she cares and has hated when I’ve brought things to her attention. Today was the final straw before writing a review, the door says they close at 10, they indeed do not because I have been multiple times before 8:00pm and they were already closed, today I called before going making sure they would be open, they said they closed at 8:00pm and I called at 6ish, when I got there at 7:30 they were closed with the sign on, unacceptable. Absolutely THE WORST subway ever. They NEVER get the order right. I am obviously a glutton for punishment as we keep trying. For years they didn’t have ingredients for basic sandwiches. Now they do not follow instructions on sandwiches and do not make sure all items are included in the order. If you call for restoration they argue with you. Multiple messages left for management to call me. Never a peep. Living in a small community there are not a ton of options for take out/delivery. Spending $50-80 a meal you expect some sort of priority. Employees seem to be understaffed, overworked, and completely uninterested. I will drive to Canton or Jasper from here forward....

My mom and I just came by the subway to get a couple sandwiches. We walk in and there are two people sitting at the table playing on their phones. We went to order a sandwich we came in to get three the first sandwich that we ordered she told us that she only had white and wheat the white was so old that it was hard and that the wheat bread was just crumbling. Although she did have bread baking the employee from the day before did not leave any for the next day. The floors needed to be swept BADLY. There is no paper towels in the bathroom and it just seemed very uncleaned. I feel that things could be cleaner especially during this time. Not very please, most likely...
