Dunkin' — Restaurant in Ballenger Creek

I was very disappointed when we came to get four drinks. We placed the order with two drinks that were the same and two additional drinks that were different. When we got up to pay the amount seemed low so we asked for receipt, and found that the two drinks that we ordered that were the same we're not on the receipt. So we paid for the additional two. When we got all of our drinks, we were still missing one, so the girl made the additional one. As we drove down the road, we took a drink of the last one, and it tasted grossed. It tasted like watered down coffee with whipped cream on top. We brought it back to the store and asked to have it remade and explain that it was terrible tasting. The girl did not even tell us that she was sorry that it was not made properly and seemed to even have an attitude. This is the second or third time we've stopped and our order was not correct, and/or the drink did...

We have 2 coffees now we aren’t going to drink. Asked for 2 black coffees with French vanilla flavor. I’ll admit I haven’t had DD in a while but she passes us coffee that is light in color. We say we wanted black, she says, that’s what the French vanilla does. We say okay give us black coffees then no flavor, she comes back with exact same coffees. Why didn’t she just give us 2 black coffees, that’s all we wanted and I don’t believe for one second she made us new coffees when she disappeared away from window for 1 min. If that’s what the flavor does say I’m sorry how about just black no flavors (like we asked) Drive away upset with 2 coffees that are too sweet for our taste. The food didn’t taste good since we had no coffee to enjoy with it.

This was just a quick stop on a road trip to a DD but honestly it put a bad taste in my mind to try another one again on...

What a waste of a prime location in Jefferson, MD. This is only my fifth review of anything and it comes with a warning. Stick with donuts and coffee. My first sandwich a bacon egg and cheese on a croissant crumbled apart as I bit into it. Hard and dry and I can't describe the taste because it landed in my lap. And I was hungry. I thought it may of been a fluke that day and I tried it again a few days later. I even mentioned my experience when ordering and received an apology. Guess what I got in the bag... A self-help mantra is to continue a behavior expecting different results is insanity. I ain't crazy yet, so I'll be sticking with...
