I am an uber eats delivery person, I went to pick up an order. I gave them the name and order number to pick it up first through the intercom and then again at the window. they told me it wasn’t there which is odd bc I came to the correct place and confirmed that, which isn’t an issue if something happened where the systems for whatever reason they didn’t receive the order to prepare it which isn’t their fault, But what I won’t tolerate is the disrespect and utter rudeness from the manager KIM! When she asked me questions about if I came to the correct place I confirmed with her that I did and before I could even finish what I was saying she’s cutting me off, she’s very rude and loud yelling at me while I’m trying to explain to her and solve this issue. I ordered my own food and she said “she refused my service” even though she’s the one doing a service for me lol but she wouldn’t let me pay for my food bc she was upset that I defended myself (verbally) to her being disrespectful and calling her out on it. Before that even happened I told her that I want to pay for my food where she then said I can’t help you with your order for no reason, I believe she was referring to the uber order that I was to pick up but I literally pointed at my order which was the only one there because again she stated that she didn’t have the uber order so why would I be referring to that order, that doesn’t make sense. When I asked her about paying for my order she got smart about it saying I can’t help you with your order. I will be calling her boss and corporate bc that’s unacceptable and she’s already yelling and causing confusion at 5:30 in the morning. What type of manager doesn’t know how to solve a simple issue and move on, bc that’s what I was trying to do which was just get my food and deal with the uber order with uber themselves. This was my first time at this Dunkin’ Donuts location, will be my last.
P.S - I am not the type that would want someone to lose their job but this lady needs to be evaluated as far as continuing to work there. Read moreI stopped to get donuts and a latte for my family this AM at 10:05 AM. I knew two of the donuts I wanted, but wanted to know the rest of the selection. I asked (in the drive thu), "What are the other flavors of donuts you have?" The lady replied (snippy), "We have over 30 varieties of donuts. I do NOT have the time to spend letting you know all 30 available." I replied, "I would like to know what donuts you have so I can purchase them." She again replied about have over 30 there and REFUSED to list the flavors. I asked if I could speak with the manager. She said, "I am THE manager. Come around and I will talk to you." I pulled around and asked, "Are you the owner?" "Yes, I am." My response, "I don't need ANY donuts from this location." Then, I proceeded to drive off less than a mile away to another Dunkin Donuts location where I was treated MUCH differently and customer service was MUCH better. (I also made sure that the locations had a different owner.) If the woman was in fact the manager AND owner, I will NO longer go to that Dunkin donuts. I waited at the order station for about a minute and didn't hear anything from the speaker, so I pulled around and asked if it was working. I would have happily went all the way around the store and ordered at the station so I didn't hold things up, but Johanna took my order from the window. I said my order, and after finishing Johanna told me she hadn't heard what I said and needed me to repeat everything. I then pulled forward to get my order from someone who comes out and hands it to you, and there was one car ahead of me. The car in front of me received their order, then starts to pull off, so I began to move forward. As my foot comes off the brake to move forward, Johanna screams "PULL ALL THE WAY UP!!!!!". I've never suspected that anyone has spit in my food, and I had a bad feeling about this order.
