First the guy behind the counter was rude and seemed to hate his job. Not the way to act when dealing with customers. 2nd, we were not asked if we wanted a bag nor did we know they charge you $3.00 dollars for it. I would of never said ok to that. First and last time eating there for sure. The steak and cheese we ordered was cold in the middle. The bread was warm because he toasted it thank goodness. One coke in a bottle cost $6.00 again another item I would not of purchased. I did not place the order due to my medical condition right now so I was told after the fact. My grandmother and I stopped in this Subway after a long visit with my grandfather last night. The girl who waited on us just seemed like she was irritated from the beginning of our order. She didn't heat any of our sandwiches up, which I thought it was weird that she put them in at the same time and stood in front of the machine while it was going. She acted like she didn't want to put my sandwiches together the way they were supposed to be and she dropped my bag in front of me hastily (tossed it to my side of the counter) when I was ringing out. I come here because it’s across from my job. The food is good but the customer service is trash. When your Order is done wrong and you say something they get mad and say you are complaining. They don’t honor the coupons which is sad. I suppose to got 6 inch free when buy foot long. The coupon was taken but they charged me for the 6 inch.
