Roma Pizza — Restaurant in Bangor

Owner response a few days after the post. The only thing I feel they need to change is where the cash only post is located. It's on the FB page but its not where I looked, and I did look, It's not on Google at all like they said or thought it was. As far as the ATM in the place, that's a nice touch but they made it seem like 2.00 bucks was no biggie, but if everyplace had a ATM that does add to the price of a night out, all card fees are passed on to the paying customer anyways is my point and that does add up for the paying customer. I do appreciate them keeping the costs down and making it an affordable meal for everyone, I get what the owner/ owners are doing.

Very decent food for our first time here. Service was decent, the food prices were fair. The only thing we didn't know about was they don't take cards at all but there is an ATM in there but there will be a stiff fee if you use that machine. We didn't know about it. Seriously worst experience ive ever had at a pizza place. Theh gave me the pizza in a Bag. Seriously a bag???? So I go in to get my pizza out of the BAG and its wrong... So i say something to the kid ringing the order up. She says oh. DOES NOT OFFER TO FIX!!! What!?!?!? Seriously!?!? Its wrong offer to fix it. I dont have time. So i say can i atleast get a box.. She hads me the box go to put it in the pizza falls ok my fault should have been more careful. I should not have got it in a bag in the forst place and that wouldent happen now omw to a better service place like mcdonalds! Atleast the cook was a nice man and seen it happen. And offered to make me a new pizza! (I refused do to the girl at the counter that really irritated me) Thank you for that offer to remake it. Appreciate common decency! I really like romas pizza most the time. I tell people all over Mi if they want the best pizza in mi come to Bangor. Then there is the occasional time like tonight someone didn’t care what they served the pizza was the worst burned pizza I have ever had. I took three bites and threw it away, another $20 down the drain. It’s a real shame after Dave built this business up for so many years and others trying to destroy it.. We had pizza from here couple weeks ago and I have to say it was like romas of old. Couldn’t have ask for better pizza.
