We were in your restaurant last evening celebrating our son's birthday. I have to say that it has been a long time since we have been that disappointed in a meal!! My son ordered cheese sticks as one appetizer. They were cold. I ordered the 10 oz sirloin, medium well & fries. The steak was no more than a cheap round steak that was very thin cut and dry as a bone. The fries were not cooked enough & my son, daughter in law (hers were the curly fries) and myself got them. When my daughter in law ordered she told her that she wanted the same thing that I got but with corn instead of the salad. She got the 7oz sirloin instead of the 10 oz that she ordered. Which may have actually been the best mistake in a long list of mistakes or we would have probably ended up with another inferior cut of meat. My husband told the waitress about my steak being overcooked and dry and she said that it didn't look like a very good cut of meat and said that she would have them cook a new one. A few minutes later this elderly man approached our table and told us that the kitchen was closed and that he would take a little off of the bill if that would help any. Like him discounting it was going to miraculously make it edible. At this point I immediately boxed my food bc it wasn't edible and I was going to bring it home to my dogs. Once we received our check my husband noticed that they had discounted my meal a whole $5.25. That is a joke!! $5.25 should have been the most we paid for that meal being the only thing edible about it was the salad, which we paid an additional $2 for!! My youngest son got the chicken tenders and fries and he took 2 bites of the chicken. It needed to be cooked more as did his fries. If you're going to charge the prices that you do you should ensure that the food is edible. When you have a customer that immediately complains about the food as soon as it's cut into and then boxes it that's a pretty good indication that the food is not good. And if you are not going to discount the food when there is a problem with it then you need to make sure that the kitchen stays open long enough to correct any issues with the food. We have approximately $41 worth of food that the dogs are going...
Read moreThe worse experience ever....we were referred there by Kentucky gun company, which now I wish we weren't. The service was bad, the waitress took 20 mins to bring us drinks, then screwed up on my steak dinner not once but twice like how does that happen. I asked for the steak to be medium, it came out medium well, then I sent it back and they cooked a new one and sent it out medium rare. After speaking to the manager she had an excuse for everything. She said she was going to take my entire meal off the ticket as well as my husbands and still charges us for a salad and a potatoe that came with the meal. Charged us for a loaded potatoe that was suppose to come with my husbands meal as well as charged us for 4 refills when they are suppose to be free. After my experience I will try be returning to this nasty bad establishment being ran by this type of manager. So just for two meals, 4 drinks, baked potatoe, loaded potatoe, salad, 4 refills it still costed me $50 plus dollars. I would really hate to see how much it would have costed me for my two other meals as well. Then I called the manager today to speak to her and she was so hateful, wouldn't let me speak at all without her interrupting. She cursed at me and then hung up on me. So yes I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. If you want a bad experience just go to BJ in bards town because what there name is on there building is what they should really do to one another since they want to treat people like...

Then I was really upset, the manager came and was like asking my husband how much he ate like, it was raw and cold, the slaw we were told was creamy slaw and it was like vinegar, but the manager finally said he would take off his whole me which he should have done in the first place, it was the worst experience we have had and the worst anniversary dinner, we came from Indiana to celebrate in bardstown ky since we liked it so much last year, we will never come back to this restaurant, very very...
