Burger King — Restaurant in Barnstable

Consistently TERRIBLE. Do not waste your time or money by gong here. Keep driving to the next place to eat . Today I went there for an iced coffee and some chicken nuggets. The only reason I even went was because Dunkin was too busy, and I thought "I'm only getting coffee and a snack, how bad could they mess it up?" The answer is BAD. the iced coffee was lukewarm and had NO ice in it. It made me wonder how the coffee was stored safely at that temperature. The employee handed it to me and said "it might be a little warm..." I added my own ice from the drink machine as both employees watched me struggle to not make a mess. Then instead of getting me a correct coffee, or apologizing, or literally anything helpful, they simply offered me napkins. The chicken nuggets were cold and tasted old. So my "iced" coffee and chicken nuggets were the same temperature. I took two sips of the warm "iced" coffee and dumped the rest it was pretty bad too. I will NEVER give Burger King another chance. Do not go here, don't waste your money or time or health eating old, tepid food. I would rather miss the meal entirely than eat anything at...

Very disappointed with the rude staff. I asked for an impossible whopper meal but with the impossible whopper completely plain and not made on the broiler. The burger I got had grill marks on it so I asked kindly for it to be remade, I was met with judgemental stares, including a rude stare as they threw out the first burger, and then I listened to the whole staff have to tell the kitchen person to just make it a different way as if it was hard. I was told it would be a while and it indeed was quite a while. Again rude stares as they handed it to me. Also fries are cold and the onion rings are hard for some reason. I used to work at Burger King, it's not hard and you shouldn't make the customer feel unwelcomed. Terrible staff and they were mostly young, high school or early college, honestly...

Well run drive thru. We ordered a custom chicken sandwich and a bacon dbl cheese burger, fries and a Dr. Pepper. The fries were perfect and the sammies hit the spot. Thank you for serving Dr. Pepper, yum. There was little time spent getting through the line from placing the order to receiving it. The staff were all very nice. Another nice thing is the location of this store. It is in the mid-Cape area. Easy on and off of route 6. It is a good place to curb your hunger going to or coming from Boston, Providence Worcester or P-town. Plenty of parking, just be careful to keep clear of the trucker parking area. Gas up if you need to, wee or park and catch the bus to Logan. Convenience can sometimes taste...
