Myself and a few buddies decided to eat here before our tee time. We spent about 15-20 minutes eating our lunch. After we finished we brought our plates up to the counter and left. After playing the front 9 we went inside to grab some waters and snacks. The man behind the bar asked us if we had eaten here earlier and we all replied yes. He then began to tell us that it’s polite to tip after you eat. Now I fully understand the concept but of tipping and I don’t need to be lectured. The person serving us walked a whole 15 ft to our table to serve us. It’s not a sit down restaurant. It’s counter service. I have have worked at REAL restaurants in the past and I couldn’t imagine asking a customer to tip me. I can’t imagine the set on this guy for lecturing a customer to tip for counter service.
