Takeout decent, buffet bad. Loud group of construction workers at lunch buffet.

I was searching along my driving route for the highest rated Chinese restaurant, and Happy Wok was it. I am rating it two stars to bring down the ludicrously high average; it's more like a 3.5 objectively. The lunch buffet was small/limited and didn't have any good items relative to the takeout menu (lots of cheap noodles, rice, and veg+beef/chicken). I also ordered some takeout to bring home to my family, which was much better quality than the buffet entrees.

Gosh! Its the TELEPHONE CALL for me !!! Very rude, very disrespectful, sooo unprofessional !!! , after she took my order she said “bye, i gotta go, restaurant very busy!” 🤦‍♀️ I wasnt even done with my order. This is literally every time i order on the phone. So disappointed, I AM PAYING FOR MY FOOD, I want to make sure i get everything correct, now wonder they get my order wrong every single time.! I would say this place used to be absolutely fabulous about five years ago. Maybe it’s just our luck-of-the-draw, but the last handful of orders we’ve placed as takeout have been, well not fresh. Much of the general tso is soggy and sweet, even if you ask for spicy. (I have heard during lunch it’s much more fresh) The fried rice we ordered yesterday was soggy and even my children didn’t want to eat it, & they love fried rice. The eggs rolls were covered in oil and didn’t taste thoroughly cooked. This is likely our worst experience at this location.
