2nd time in the last month I've come here and spent hours waiting after my appointment without a door. They tell you to go park in the street and wait, then the police will come and tell you to get off the street. They claim the police dont know what they're talking about. Bartlett, IL facility - Frozen goods side, doors are tight and ill-designed. Fresh produce side is much better for manouverablity. Go to door D2 behind the fuel island to check-in.
