Kringle's Pizza & Country Store — Restaurant in Bartlett

We ordered a simple set of three items. It was asked if we wanted toasted bread, we said yes. It was told to us the wait would be 20 minutes. There were two other customers ahead of us.

30 minutes later, customer 1 gets its order. Five minutes later, customer 2 gets its order.

During the wait to get our food, one order was messed up for pickups - there were missing items and a refund was offered to the person picking up. Multiple orders of pizza were picked up for the 40 minutes we waited for our food.

The order we got was only provided when we prompted for it. One sandwich was not toasted. One entire entree was missing. The bread for the untrusted sandwich was soggy or wet. Not sure how that happens. A refund was issued for the missing item. Both presented items, sans missing one, were sitting for over 20 minutes most likely, forgotten.

The place is old, has no prices on any item on its shelves and only stays in business because everything else around it closes before it, at around 4 pm. It's a trap of convenience. It smells really bad and the owner, we assume, is managing teenagers. This place needs a serious overhaul and is just really your last resort.

Go somewhere else. Go drive 15 minutes to North Conway. Take your family somewhere else. Don't buy, don't eat here. The cashier needs to get out of here, for...

Been here in years past while vacationing in the area and it's been decent. It's definitely a take out only. Few picnic tables outside. Called in a pretty simple order to go...2 cheese pizzas, 1 veggie, 2 greek salads, and order of mozzarella sticks. Firstly placing order via phone was painful. The man taking order was actually rude (and remember EASY ORDER nothing out of the norm) he was irritated I asked what the total would be. I was told 45 min, went 45 min later. Was told another 15-20. So ok sit outside to wait. More like 30-40. Ok no problem if food is good I have no problem waiting. Got everything back to the house. No dressing for either salad, the mozzarella sticks were cold as in not even crispy on the outside like they hadn't been cooked all the way through. Not a difficult food to screw up considering it's pre-made and frozen. Paid over $100 to have mediocre/bordering on gross food. Kind of hard to screw up pizza especially for kids who could eat cheese pizza everyday. Take the extra time and drive into North Conway and deal with the traffic. It will...

I visited this establishment today. First & last time.

They were extremely busy, which for a holiday weekend is understandable. We placed our order for 3 subs and were told 20 mins for our sandwiches. 45 mins later, I decided to go check on our order. Seeing how Bisy they were, I wanted to make sure our order was not lost.

The Red head lady I dealt with was Ryder then he’ll, just ya tatted yelling at me about how busy they are, I told I was checking because it has been such a long time. Then she got even worse and started yelling at me and saying they were extremely busy holiday weekends and only 2 people. I wanted to treat her like she was treating me and yell at her face and make her feel like shot for asking a question. I chose to be the better person and walked out but I will let everyone I know of my experience here today
