This classy establishment needs a brush up on ADA Laws in addition to ABC laws since it’s apparent that on Google reviews this is the place to not only get denied access, but be over served by bartenders. The owners clearly have a terrible sense of customer service and feel that it doesn’t matter how they treat patrons, because others will come in their place. As an educator and trainer, I tried to provide an opportunity to quickly show ADA laws, but instead I was quickly shown that a man has no time to learn, so I should “talk to his wife”…is this because women are more capable of absorbing knowledge? I was reminded over and over how Art’s lawyer was going to enjoy this laughable moment as he continued to remind me of the areas I was restricted to with my “pet dog” and no one was going to tell him what to do as he owned the place, as I stated that the ADA was created to give access and the DOJ doesn’t find this funny.
FYI: Accommodation Law No person with a disability may be denied admittance to any public facility in the state because of the person's disability. No person with a disability may be denied the use of a white cane, assistance animal, wheelchair, crutches, or other device of assistance.

If you are looking for the out of the way, mom and pop place to eat, Back 9 Bar is for you. There is a bar in the center with a small seating area inside. The main seating area is all outside. It is a great sports bar, just outside. Take your pick from all the TV's. They were so nice to change the channel for us. There are two food trucks to choose from. One serving hamburgers and the other Mexican food. We ate at the food truck that serve Mexican food. Excellent. The tacos were recommended and they were awesome. There is a wide selection to choose from the menu. The gentleman who prepared our food can out and gave us each a fried Sopapilla to try at no charge. They were the best I have ever had. Each night they offer a special drink menu. Live music, dancing and of course golf. So don't be afraid by the looks, they have amazing...
Read moreThe owner(the husband) and the bartender, Haley, thought they were security and could put their hands on me, miserable fail, and somehow I was on the back patio and was expected to jump off of the patio to go around and regain entry through the front entrance. The owner was upset because I was in a dress and refused to do so and I proceeded to knock on the door so I could be let back in, even if it was to leave. When I was let back in, the owner yelled and cursed at me and had his wife and daughter doing the same, as I’m trying to walk away to de-escalate the situation, and that wasn’t enough. I hadn’t even ordered my first drink, and you could tell they all had been drinking which explains why they handled the situation the way they did. Complete joke of ownership and management! I’m sure the bartender won’t make the mistake again of thinking she’s security. They don’t pay you enough...
