I would have given this one star, but they got an extra for one of their servers who was an absolute sweetheart. I feel horrible because I didn't catch her name but she was wonderful and l'm sure she isn't being compensated enough for all she does (she took care of us at breakfast and was still working the dinner shift after 8pm). The food was technically edible but that's about all I can say for it. I ordered the braised short rib tacos and was informed that they didn't have those anymore and that it was steak now. I ordered anyway. What they brought were three slightly toasted flour tortillas with essentially Philly cheese steak interiors. I'm not sure that they were actually seasoned with anything. My friend ordered an actual Philly cheese steak, but there was only enough filling to adequately cover half of the roll. Other members of our group had burgers which were pretty dry, and chicken tenders which were very obviously the frozen kind you can buy at any grocery store. On top of the lackluster food, some members of staff were extremely rude and condescending to us. It was a less than pleasant...

After being served a raw burger, raw, bitter steak, and undercooked fries, I was told that all they could do is knock 5$ off of the ticket. Not only that, the steak and frittes (which is listed to come with green beans and a demi-glaze, NEITHER of which I received) was listed on their menu as $19, but rang up as 23$. When I brought this up, all they said they could do for charging me wrong and not including half of the things the menu listing had was give me 5$ more off, even though a side of green beans cost $3 by itself. The waitress asked what side I wanted with my hamburger, instead of saying that it comes with fries, so I was charged 3$ for coleslaw.
My hamburger had raw meat on the outside and inside of it. The bottom piece of bread was soaked in something and soggy. The steak was asked for medium rare and was rare if not blue rare (see pictures). The char on the steak was so bitter it was all you could taste when you ate the steak. The fries that came with the steak were undercooked and soggy.
I will update my review if I get food poisoning from...
Read moreThursday night is really light for many restaurants. I think there may have been three groups in there while three of us had dinner.
We ordered a turkey wrap, an open faced brisket sandwich and a steak (medium well).
The server was wonderful, and very attentive (being one of a few tables.
Out come our plates! The brisket meat was cut along the grain and over cooked till it was almost jerky. The steak was actually raw in the middle. (The turkey wrap was ok.)
Our server offered to replace the steak and the brisket "jerky" sandwich. I asked for a BBQ hamburger. That turned out to be pretty good. My partner cut into a replacement steak to find raw steak again. The server would get it more cooked but my partner ordered a BBQ burger instead.
Bottom line, our server did a great job under the circumstances. But the kitchen was totally asleep at the...
