I am SO glad I listened to the reviews and decided to stop by La Casita today!! Not only was this some of the BEST Birria I’ve ever had, but Josue was incredibly welcoming and helpful! There’s no doubt that so much love and intention has gone into creating this food. The broth was out of this world, packed full of flavor, and thick! Not super oily and thin like most other consomé I’ve had. The queso was also delicious! This is now my go-to Birria spot and I’m looking forward to trying more of the menu in the future!! La Casita is hands down one of the best Mexican restaurants I’ve ever visited! The food is absolutely phenomenal—every dish bursts with flavor and is presented beautifully. I’m pretty late with my review. But I remember this place very well! I wanted some tocos and I was in the area. I instead got a burrito with their second choice of stake 😩it was so delicious with their special sauce! The guy was soooo nice! He helped me make the decisions for my choices that I wanted.
