McDonald's — Restaurant in Baton Rouge

Placed my order in the drive thru line for 20 pc chicken nuggets and basket of fries at 742pm. There were about 4 people ahead of me in line and sat for about 15 minutes got to the 2nd window after paying at the 1st window and waiting for the girl to ask me what I ordered so I told her then waited about 3 to 4 more minutes for her to ask me to pull around the car at the 3rd window that had been waiting so already aggravated I told her ok. Then gave them til 813pm bc I figured 30 minutes was long enough to get my order ready by now and cut off my car and went inside and the lady at the 3rd window was at the door when I walked in and asked her how long it was going to take for my order since it was simply nuggets and fries and I had been waiting for 30 minutes so she went to the back and I followed her to the counter and she asked. Well obviously the girl that was bagging the food didn't realize I was behind her and said she said, "What, really she said she's been waiting for 30 minutes ha." Then she turned around and asked me if she could help me and I told her yes that I heard what she just said and I had my receipt and I was the one that had been waiting for 30 minutes and you can get me my nuggets and fries and they had better be hot out of the grease. I must say this is one of the worst McDOnald I have ever visited. This is the fifth time I have given this McDonald a chance before I decided to send this review. The lady at the window was very nice but that is the only good thing I can say about my visit. I am the grandmother of 14 kids that love McDonald but I must say I've had enough.The food was cold and tasted like old grease.When I got almost home I decided to check my order because I've had a problem with my order before and sure enough their were no fish sandwich just like before. I went back to get it and find out why my happy meal was in a greasy bag instead of a happy meal box..no toy and cold..what is up with the half of piece of cheese but charged the same price. Someone is making as much money as the store. I do not live that far from this location and we visit McDonald often but I must say I am very unhappy. please send someone to this location to see what the problem is. I know there is others that is having the same problem but did not take the time to write a review but after 5 times I think it was time. I truly hope someone will look into this matter. Very disappointed with the service at this location. I decided to place a curbside order because the drive-thru line was extremely long. I placed my order using a coupon for a twenty piece McNuggets and two fries. I noticed the drive-thru cleared out THREE times and I was still waiting. Over fifteen minutes had passed so I decided to call; no one answered. I called a second time, the phone was busy. My third time calling someone answered and their voice had a tone of being aggravated. I said I'm calling to check on a curbside side order that was placed over 15 minutes ago. They said it's on the way out now and I said ok.

A few minutes later we received the food. When my daughter looked in the bag we had one spicy nugget and one regular nugget. My daughter tried to eat the spicy nuggets but they were cold and looked old. I called the store because I didn't have time to turn around. I was promised that I could pick-up the same meal that I ordered the next day at no cost. Went there the next day to pick-up my food and I was told the manager that told me that was off and they had no way of verifying what I was telling them.
