This place was somewhere I would stop at for a quick breakfast on the go, but today I was disrespected and yelled at by an employee of this establishment who told me he didn't have time to ply with food and to get out. He also refused to give me information as far as who is the owner or manager so I can have this issue resolved in a more professional manner.
First, I placed a specific yet simple order with the counter guy (the same guy who yelled and disrespected me). He never told the cooks that I had a special order, so after seeing my food, I asked for it to be made the way I ordered. Second time asking, they still didn't get it right. At that point wanted a refund being I was about to be running late for class finals and didn't want to waste time having them remake my simple food order again incorrectly. When I asked for a refund, the counter guy exploded with anger yelling at me in from of MANY customers "What is wrong with the food?" I told him, "please, I just want refund,". He continued to yell at me stating he doesn't have time to play with food. I again, begged him to give me a refund and he will never have to worry about me coming into the establishment ever again. He then threw my money on the counter and yell at me to get out. I left and came back in to ask for owner/manager information. He continued to yell at me, in from of customers and told me to get out. How do a customer resolve this issue?!? I am VERY hurt by the way he talked to me. I have been a paying customer who have been to this establishment multiply times. I will NEVER EVER go there again and I will not advise or recommend anyone to go...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI went to Mickey's for some fresh donuts. I asked the man behind the counter, how fresh were the donuts in the display. He told me that the donuts on display had been there since 2AM. I asked if they had any that were recently cooked. I was then told that I asked a crazy question and that I don't need to ask about the freshness of their product. The employee then turned his back to me a refused to provide me any customer service. I tried to get their female employee to help me and Brad instructed her not to help me. I asked another gentleman for some assistance and he threw his hands in the air and said he didn't have anything to do with it. I asked the man if he was the manager, he said yes. I then asked him what his name, he told me that it was Brad. I asked I could have the owners number and he told me to leave or he would call the police! I have been supporting Mickey's for the past 10 years! This was my first time going inside the establishment for service. BRAD needs to fired IMMEDIATELY!!! I will no longer support the business!!! I encourage all to be aware of this employee! If an employee can't handle customers questions during a rush hour, that employee needs fired or at the least retrained how to be professional at ALL...

There was cheese that we didnāt ask for because the person eating it is lactose intolerant, also were missing items. We called the restaurant and calmly asked to speak to a manager, I got to speak for 5 seconds before he rudely cut me off and screamed at me through the phone. He ended up hanging up on me, I called back and the screaming proceeded. What an awful thing to experience. I understand that it might be a busy day, I work in a restaurant, but never in my life have I seen my managers respond to an upset customer that way or use that tone of voice. Completely disrespectful and had an incredible amount of attitude for someone who basically just robbed us of the money we paid because the order was wrong. Am I wrong for believing that an employee at a restaurant, especially a manager, should and would want to help fix issues and satisfy customers? So...
