Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen — Restaurant in Baton Rouge

My experience was so horrible i came through the drive thru and made a order I can hear the manager on the speaker using profanity when I told her I wasn't finish with my order I had my children in the car with me when I pulled to the window and saw her she was short heavy set with short hair and a gray button up manager shirt she told one of the cashiers to take my money she couldn't even look at me they told me to pull up to the side cause it was gone take 10 mintues for my order I waited exactly 30 mintues before I got out my car and went inside they tells me some lady walked inside and said she was with me and they gave her my food which was a lie the whole time they had done gave my food away to the wrong car and didn't let me know anything about it the crew worker did apologize but the manager ain't say nothing and when I was in the lobby waiting I could hear her using profanity I will never in my life spend...

I’m a true Popeyes supporter and still is but the consistency of bad service I keep getting from the Choctaw location is just cringe at this point. Yesterday on the only off day I have from LIFE I want some freakin Popeyes chicken and enjoy it but on 5/17/25 I tasted the worst chicken ever. It was fried in old grease and when I pulled the chicken out the box it crumbled in my hand and wasted all in my car. My dude refuse to bring me back at that point. I was furious.
