wasn't a great experience, almost like it was mad for people coming in, they put buns in the fridge to keep them fresh so they should be toasted. nothing but one thing under 8$, for just the sandwich, when your paying so much everything needs to be fresh, potatoes shouldn't be made in a big amount then mixed in smaller boxes, should be steaming hot, someone needs to learn how to use the refrigerator, frozen lettuce, culver's is cheaper everything made fresh while you can make a combo for about 11 12$. no seasoning on the burger maybe find a burger seasoning, also the burger was dry, falling apart as they are trying to make smash burgers to save on meat with a bigger then avg smash burger, I have ate at all 4 BC locations and this is why they close, they need to focus on quality control, you don't need 20 different options leaving old ingredients being used, while it shows daily waste is causing them to make bad choices, also 4$ for a can of pop n fries or a small portion on potatoes or 3$ for chips n a can, feygo the cheapest pop with a small few of coke or popular soda. using inflation as an excuse to over charge id never eat here again, they will fall from the same mistakes, ownership is to prideful to hire someone that's not family or friends making them management you need to find a general manager looking for a job that has 10 years of experience so they can help you with costs waste. if you are doing the things you are with short hours closed all day, if you don't want to pay for labor then put them on salary....
Read moreWhile I was eating my excellent burger, I took some time to read a few of the reviews. It seems some people can never ever be happy, and they use that unfortunate trate in an attempt to butcher businesses. Hey lady the sign says a burgers are cooked well done, not bloody, I am certain if you would have mentioned it to the staff, they would have attempted to accommodate you. Trying to run a business into the ground by saying things like, "I don't like throwing my money away", tells me that perhaps you should hone both your observation, and communication skills. Maybe if you would put some of your negative energy into those things, your experience would be more pleasant. Personally I saw a few hard working people, preparing food as ordered. Some people can never be pleased, but put a little effort into it huh? Good meal. Thanks. Cooking skills: A+ Mind Reading...
Read moreThere were only 2 orders ahead of ours when we came. We ordered 2 cheese fries, a regular fry, a double cheeseburger, a bacon double cheeseburger, a double heart attack, and a mushroom Swiss burger, 4 drinks, and fried pickles (they're chips, not spears). ALL that for a family of four at $61.00 and it only took 15 minutes for our food to come out to us fully bagged and ready to go.
The food was really quite good. Next time we'll eat it there instead of bringing it home. The burgers are VERY juicy which made the buns greasy/soggy (but that's our fault for not eating there). Also, these are huge, thick, juicy burgers-no real need to get a double, you can get full off a Single...
