BIGGBY COFFEE — Restaurant in Battle Creek

I have frequented this establishment many times and had never had an issue. this morning. I came in and ordered a small iced teddy bear with extra flavor. Whenni arrived at thebwindowni was handed a small hot coffee. I asked them to remake it into the iced coffee that I asked for and the order taker understood. A woman approached thenwindow and proceeded to tell me that everyone in the store.Heard me order a hot coffie.So she was essentially arguing with me about my order. I don't necessarily feel like anybody should be arguing with a customer. I've worked in customer service for the last 15 years of my life.And i've never argued with a client like that. Especially something so small as a sixteen ounce iced coffee. Before she approached the window, I apologize profusely the order taker exclaimed. That it was his problem, not mine. And then I was met with that at the window. I don't appreciate it. I probably won't return to the establishment anymore. I'm sure you probably don't really care about that and that's fine. Coffee and energy drinks always good I've had a few different flavors no complaints there. The service today with the young lady at the window with the auburn mullet and piercings was not so good. She handed us a hot coffee with no cardboard and had an attitude when we asked for one, coffee was overflowing and top wasn't fully placed on my bf was burned also I've been here multiple times and asked for a tip. A tip is supposed to be given when the customer sees fit I do not like being asked for one. Haven't experienced this at the other facilities I have gone to around battle creek. I’m not sure if it’s because I am so exhausted or if it’s because sleep is no longer a luxury I can afford. Today while visiting family in Battle Creek, I stopped at this location and it is quite possibly the best coffee I have ever had in my life. BigGby is already an essential part to me functioning as an adult. However, I have never had biggby case that’s good hands down the best location in Battle Creek. 10 out of 10 definitely recommend.
