Dairy Queen (Treat) — Restaurant in Battle Creek

Airport Rd in Jackson Michigan. We were there on mother's day, myself with my husband & our sons family including our 2 year old granddaughter. We waited 40 minutes for our food which they delivered to the wrong table & after letting the ppl pick through it, then picked it up & handed it to us. Really - that's not acceptable by any means. Even McDonald's wouldn't do that. We refused it & they told us it'd take awhile to redo it because they were busy. We should have been priority at that point. When I stated that wasn't acceptable since we had already waited 40 minutes already, they didn't reply. We asked for a refund which took another 15 minutes. No real apology or anything. My 2 year old granddaughter was starving at this point & just wanted her burger & fries. So disappointed. Our first time there and this is how we are treated on mothers day. Really! At least they could have rushed and remade our food and have us free ice cream. But no nothing! Sad. Customer service there sucks!...

the worker was BEYOND rude and got mad at me when i let her know she rung me up for too many blizzards, put m&ms instead of reese's and m&ms in the oreo mocha blizzards which was only oreo chocolate ice cream and m&ms (which aren't included) not only was the ice creams done incorrectly it was very sloppy with ice cream all down the sides and the kids weren't placed on top of the blizzards they were sloppily shoved into the ice cream creating an even bigger mess. she never gave me my recite nor change even after politely asking for it. i'm very disappointed not only with the customer service skills but with the quality of which i was served. the location was also not busy at all it was just us and one other person at this location. i loved going here but if service like this continues i will not...

We received our Blizzard and it was milky. Apparently the machine wasn't getting the ice cream cold enough!? My granddaughter's blizzard was better, but still more milky than she likes it. My daughter- in-law ordered a cup of ice cream with chocolate syrup and peanut sauce. She DID receive harder ice cream, because we had to wait 10 minutes for it to freeze, but she also received hot fudge, instead of chocolate syrup. She does not like the fudge! So, I would have to say that we had a bad experience this time. It was soooo busy yesterday afternoon, so we took them and left. I've been going to Main Street DQ since 1955.
