To the manager of this location you have two very unfriendly girls working for you. They both were young and had dark hair. I went to this subway on 26 August around 1130 to 1145. I was the only customer there.I was completely ignored even when I said hi. When I went up to the counter neither one of them made eye contact with me. The girl never even asked me what I would like, never smiled, never even said hi or good morning.When she finally does look at me I had to ask her if she was ready she just slowly nodded her head like she was irritated. I still tried to be friendly because I donât know what her story is and I know it sucks to work on weekends, I did it for years. I would have never gotten away with being so unfriendly like these girls were at least the one who made my sandwich. When I checked out she just walked away, no thank you, no have a great day, nothing. I understand if it was after church let out and they were super busy but I was the only customer there. Iâm only giving it two stars and not one because my sandwich was OK even though later on it did make me and my husband sick. I donât plan on going back to this subway. Iâm sure these girls wonât last very long anyway. My husband said he sees someone different every time he goes in. If the manager would read these reviews and teach their employees how to treat customers people wouldnât have to write these bad reviews which I do not enjoy doing!    Read moreThey don't get 5 stars for only one reason. When I ordered online they said to go immediately to the Express Pick Up line and I wouldn't have to wait. When I arrived there was quite a long line so I moved toward the Express Pick Up station. There were three employees working and one of them was just standing at the cash register, which is also the Express Pick Up Station. The employee who was making the sandwiches noticed me and asked if he could help me and I told him I had a "to go" order. He said he would be with me in a moment that as I could see they had gotten busy. At that point I assumed my sandwiches had't been made yet, even though online ordering had told me what time to pick up my order. After he made several more sandwiches he must have realized that there were two other employees that could be helping me and I got my sandwiches. Why is there this problem? I'm barely able to stand at Subway long enough to order a sandwich, which is why I order online. I'll try it again soon, because it is a great idea if it is then implemented in the store.    Read moreI ordered my sandwiches online and when we got home to eat them they were so burnt and hard as a rock that we could not eat them. I kindly called and asked if could bring my sandwich back up to have it remade or if I could get a refund. The lady said she didnât know and that she would have to call a manager. I waited 20 minutes to no return phone call so I called again to check in on it and the guy said the lady was still on the phone with the manager 20 minutes later at that point I asked if I could just get a refund and he stated he canât personally do that.
